We are happy to welcome you to our holiday home.
For a faster check-in and a pleasant stay from the very beginning, please read the following information:
📍 Upon arrival
- We will accompany you to show you the rooms, the garden, the pool, and the garage for your car.
🛠️ Maintenance and schedules
- Pool: every night from 22:00, our staff will access the property to place the cleaning robot in the pool. The following morning, by around 08:00, we will remove it.
- Garden irrigation: from 01:00 to 05:00.
- Lawn mowing and garden maintenance: Friday, 14:00–17:00.
🗑️ Waste and recycling
- The recycling schedule is available on the notice board.
- Bags must be left outside the entrance gate at the indicated times (07:00–08:30).
- Containers for glass and organic waste are located at the back of the house; we will take care of collection.
📝 Administration
- It is necessary to register the ID documents of all guests: please have them ready at your arrival.
- As per the Novasol contract, at check-in you will be asked for cash payment of electricity costs and final cleaning.
